Joseph E. Denton, 76 of Indianapolis passed away March 30, 2016. Mr. Denton was born February 9, 1940 in Indianapolis to Hubert and Vesta Denton, who preceded him in death.  He was also preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Denton and his brothers, Richard and William Denton.  He is survived by his sister, Betty Denton; nieces, Patty Eaker, Lisa Kirchner, Nancy Wright Denton, Christina Denton.

Funeral services are 11am Friday, April 1, 2016 at Redeemer Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.  Friends may call from 9am until the time of services on Friday.  Online condolences at usherfuneralhome.com
