Willard Bishop Obituary

Willard G. Bishop, 83 of Indianapolis passed away Monday, August 12, 2024, He was born on Monday, September 16, 1940 to Ames and Laura Bishop.

He was known to many as Papa Smurf and loved to enjoy life and have fun.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ames and Laura Bishop, 2 sisters Lou Meadows, and Susie Livingston.

He is survived by his daughter Carla (husband Daniel) Hosea, and extended family and friends.
