Valente Orlando Bello Morales of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on November 21, 2020. Valente was 57 years old. He was born on May 21, 1963 in Tenexpa Guerrero, Mexico to his parents Arturo Bello and Petra Morales. Valente is survived by his wife Elvira Martinez Bello.
