Tiburcio Tomas Feliciano, 63 of Indianapolis passed away Thursday, July 6, 2023, He was born on Wednesday, September 9, 1959 son of Ignacio Tomas and Juana Feliciano in San Martin Veracruz, Mexico.

He is survived by his daughters Esbeidy Tomas Pedro and Gabriela Tomas Pedro, and extended family and friends.

He is missed by all who knew and loved him.
