Phillip Andrew Jensen

Phillip Andrew Jensen, 63 of Indianapolis passed away Thursday, March 21, 2024, He was born on Thursday, June 16, 1960 to Nels Junior and Mavis Opal (Sexton) Jensen in Indianapolis.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Nels Junior and Mavis Opal (Sexton) Jensen, 2 brothers William Jensen, and Nels David Jensen, sister Brenda Ann Fish.

He is survived by his brother Gerald “Scott” (Darla) Jensen, nieces and nephews Lynn (Greg), Brian (Barbie), John (Jennifer), Eric (Marie), Craig, Michael (Amanda), Jed (Tracey), Katrina, Lindsey and several great nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.

He is missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation will be held 2 PM to 5 PM, Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at Usher Funeral Home, 2313 W Washington St, Indianapolis, Indiana 46222.
