Oscar Fabian Valdo CLEONARD, 32 ans, est décédé le lundi 4 sept 2023. Il est né de Loclair CLEONARD et Clorianne Garius le 2 sept 1991 à Petite Rivière de l’Artibonite, Haiti. Il était l’aîné de la famille,diplômé en médecine dentaire à L’université autonome de Part-Au-Prince (UNAP) et exerce son métier au cabinet dentaire de Carrefour Chada .
Il laisse dans le deuil ses parents:Loclair CLEONARD et Clorianne Garius, 2 frères :Carlo Loockeit Anglad CLEONARD, Mike Lood-jerry CLEONARD et de nombreux membres de la famille élargie et amis.
Il manque à tous ceux qui l’ont connu et aimé.
Les funérailles auront lieu le samedi 9 septembre 2023 a 13h à l’église Dt Lawrennce ,4650 Shadeland Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46226, les visites auront lieu de 11h à 13h, l’inhumation aura lieu au cimetière Mémorial Park, suite à la prestation.
Des contributions commémoratives à la mémoire d'Oscar peuvent être faites à la Fondation ALS ou à l'Église catholique Saint-Laurent.
Oscar Fabian Valdo CLEONARD, 32, died on Monday September 4, 2023. He was born to Loclair CLEONARD and Clorianne Garius on September 2, 1991 in Petite Rivière de l'Artibonite, Haiti. He was the eldest in the family, graduated in dentistry at the Autonomous University of Part-Au-Prince (UNAP) and practices his profession at the Carrefour Chada dental office.
He is survived by his parents: Loclair CLEONARD and Clorianne Garius, 2 brothers: Carlo Loockeit Anglad CLEONARD, Mike Lood-jerry CLEONARD and many extended family members and friends.
He is missed by all who knew and loved him.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 1 p.m. at St. Lawrence Church, 4650 Shadeland Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46226. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery following the service .
Memorial contributions in Oscar's memory may be made to the ALS Foundation or St. Lawrence Catholic Church.
