Mary Jo (Chowning) Huntington

Mary Jo (Chowning) Huntington, 92 of Indianapolis passed away January 28, 2023 at St. Augustine Home for the Aged.   She was born March 13, 1930 in Connersville, Indiana.  Mary Jo was preceded in death by her husband, Joel Huntington and he son, Jonathan David Huntington.  Mary Jo was a homemaker.  She loved animals, especially her Scotty dog Abby and her birds.  She was an avid gardener, and loved flowers, music and dancing.  She is survived by her son, Fr. Daniel Chowning; niece, Marla Cissell Matney along with many other nieces and nephews.
