Lula Mae Harris

Lula Mae Harris was called home to be with the Lord on September 15, 2018.  Lula was born February 24, 1937 in Indianapolis.  She was residing in Winchester, Indiana at the time of her passing.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Marybell Shaw; twin brother, Luke; brothers, William, James, Walter, Robert; sister, Norma Jean Pickett; son, Boyd Harris, III; grandchildren, Chandra Renee, Ronnie Dale, Rebecca Lynn.

Lula Mae is survived by her husband, Boyd Harris, Jr.; daughters, Pamela White, Cathy Cummins, Cindy (Roger) Arnold, Sandra (Timothy) Cox, Jackie (Christopher) Dimiceli, Sharon (Keith) Carson; daughter in law, Patricia Harris; brother, Charles (Rhetta) Shaw; sisters, Linda Lou Reed, Myrna Lee (John) Delgadillo. "Grandma Honey" had 21 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren.  She was "Aunt Lula Mae" and "Aunt Lou" to a great many beloved nieces and nephews.

Services for Mrs. Harris are 1pm Saturday, September 22, 2018 at the Usher Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Floral Park Cemetery.  Friends may call on the family from 4-8pm Friday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be offered at usherfuneralhome.com
