Jo Ann (Mohler) Delaney

Marie “Jo Ann” (Mohler) Delaney, 95 of Indianapolis passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2025. She was born on December 2, 1929 to William Lawrence and Emma Elsie (Franke) Mohler in Indianapolis.

Jo Ann was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and aunt to her family. She enjoyed her family especially her 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents: William Lawrence and Emma Elsie (Franke) Mohler, daughter Kimberly Delaney Holman, brother Lawrence Mohler.

She is survived by her loving husband James Joseph Delaney, 2 sons Greg (wife Beth) Delaney, Patrick Delaney, daughter Kristin (husband Brad) Garrison, 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held 9:30 AM – 11 AM, Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at St. Christopher Catholic Church, 5301 W 16th St, Indianapolis, IN 46224, Memorial Mass at 11 AM, followed by Mercy Meal, then Burial will be at Washington Park North. Online condolences may be offered at usherfuneralhome.com
