Howard Willis Davis, 69 of Indianapolis passed away Monday, June 17, 2024. He was born on Wednesday, September 29, 1954 to Henry Willis and Ilene (Arvin) Davis in Indianapolis.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Willis and Ilene (Arvin) Davis, brother Charlie Davis.

He is survived by his loving wife Shari Diane (Barr) Davis, 3 sons: Harold Joseph Learned, James Willis Davis, Jerrod Allen Davis, 3 brothers: Jack Davis, Lawrence Davis, John Davis, sister Vicki Worsham, 3 grandchildren: Joseph Tyler Learned, James Howard Ulysses Davis, Joseph Matthew Allen Richee, Great granddaughter Nova Sky Learned, and extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held 10 AM to 1 PM, Friday, June 28, 2024, at Usher Funeral Home, 2313 W Washington St., service will be 1 PM at the Usher Funeral Home, followed by burial at West Newton Cemetery.
