Edwin "Ed" Jeffries Obituary

Edwin "Ed" Ray Jeffries, 86 of Avon, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Residing for 50 years in Kent, Ohio where he owned a roofing business. He was born on Tuesday, January 24, 1939 to Clifford F and Elizabeth Virginia (Zinn) Jeffries in Nutter Fort, West Virginia.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Clifford F and Elizabeth Virginia (Zinn) Jeffries, son Jesse E. Jeffries, daughter Carmen (Rodney) Neal. Siblings Deloris Boyce , Richard "Dick" Jeffries, David Lee Jeffries.

He is survived by his daughter Crystal Jeffries, Grandchildren Steven Jeffries, Dillion (Maci Payton Shepard) Bailey, Kyle (Isabella Avila) Bell, Makayla (Logan) Brickert, Jessica (Matthew James) Bell, Rodney (Cassandra) Neal, Danielle Thompson. Great grandchildren: Charlee, Corbin, Carter, Rogue, Kylo, Holden, Edwin, Carmen, Ava.
Siblings: Clifford (wife Patty) Jeffries, Karen (husband Kenny preceded), Betsy (husband Arden) Marks, Cindy (husband Walter preceded) Gettings ; 23 nieces & nephews, and extended family and friends.

He will be missed terribly.
