Dora Belle (Hazelton) Tretter

Dora Belle (Hazelton) Tretter, 86 of Indianapolis passed away February 3, 2023.  She was born January 31, 1937 in Winslow, Indiana to Baxter and Thelma Hazelton who have preceded her in death.  She was also preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, David Edward Tretter; son David Keith Tretter; brothers, Donald, James, Delber, John and Daniel Hazelton.  Dora is survived by her daughters, Mary (John) Ramsey, Brenda (Jeff) Finley, Barbara (Jeff) Gale, Carol (Mike Mason) Tretter, Jana (Julie Kuhl) Tretter; sisters in law, Hilda Hazelton, Trica Willey Hazelton; grandchildren, Marsha (Travis) French, John David Ramsey, Kara (Chris) Wolfe, Andrew Finley; great grandchildren, Hunter and Corden French; very dear neighbor, Scott Petty along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.  She loved being a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Funeral services for Dora are 1pm Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at the Usher Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in West Ridge Park Cemetery.  Visitation is from 11am-1pm Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at the Usher Funeral Home.  Online condolences may be offered at usherfuneralhome.com.  Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
