Donald Lee Drake Sr., 68 of Indianapolis passed away Friday, July 12, 2024, He was born on Sunday, August 28, 1955 to Fredrick Lee and Goldie Mae (Fuller) Drake of Indianapolis.

Donald loved fishing and hunting. He enjoyed being at home with his family, especially spending time with his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Fredrick Lee and Goldie Mae (Fuller) Drake, son Donald Lee Drake Jr., and brothers: Ronald Lee and Orville Lee Drake. He is survived by his Life Companion Lisa Barr-Freeman, brother Robert “Butch” Lee Drake (Jill), nieces/daughters Brandy Mae (Dan), Amanda Leigh (CJ) Drake, and 4 grandchildren Evan, Christopher, Bryson “Bubba”, Gibsyn “Gibby”. Also many other extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held 4 PM to 8 PM, Thursday, July 25, 2024, at Usher Funeral Home, 2313 W Washington St.

Visitation will be held 12 PM to 1 PM, Friday, July 26, 2024, at Usher Funeral Home, Service will be at 1 PM at Usher Funeral Home, followed by (Non processional) Burial at Floral Park with Military Honors
