David Ray Fitzgerald, 61 of Indianapolis passed away August 22, 2023 at IU Health-Bloomington Hospital. He was born July 21, 1962 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is survived by his children, Tammy (Rick) Payne, David Lucas; grandchildren, Meranda Payne, Isaiah Payne, David Ray Lucas, Jr, Benjamin Lucas, and Isabella Lucas.
