Charlotte Ann (Vernon) Baird

Charlotte Ann (Vernon) Baird, 80 of Indianapolis passed away May 21, 2023 at IU Health Methodist Hospital.  She was preceded in death by her father, Virgil Vernon; mother, Dimple (Dunahoo) Matheny and her son, Kenny Baird.  Charlotte retired from Ford Motor Company after 35 years of service.  She is survived by her sons, Greg and James Baird; daughters, Scarlotte Lokan Baird, Ronda McArtor; brothers, Kelly Matheny, Jerry Vernon; sister Susie Archibald; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Funeral services are 7pm Thursday, May 25, 2023 at the Usher Funeral Home.  Visitation is from 4pm-7pm on Thursday at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be offered at usherfuneralhome.com
