Cathy Ann (Kukman) Smith, 59 of Martinsville passed away Monday, October 28, 2024. She was born on Thursday, December 10, 1964 to Charles Jerome and Bonnie Jayne (Spicer) Kukman in Indianapolis.

She was preceded in death by her father Charles Jerome Kukman.

She is survived by her mother Bonnie Jayne (Spicer) Kukman, 2 brothers Charles Jerome Kukman, Rick Jerome Kukman, 5 sisters Robin Joanne Miller, Cindy Lynn Farrand., Annette Diane Peyton, Barbara Jayne Mathis, Amy Dawn Ferguson, many nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends.
