Billie Carolyn (Dillow) Turner, 69 of Indianapolis, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2022. She was born on Friday, May 22, 1953 in Bluefield, West Virginia to Roy and Maxiene (Gross) Dillow.
She was preceded in death by her late husband Larry E. Turner, parents, Roy and Maxiene Dillow, sister Ann.
She is survived by 3 sons Larry R. Turner, Joseph (Adam) D. Turner, William Turner, sister Ruth Myers, 5 grandchildren Kyla, Melissa, Harmony, Joy, Melody, 10 great grandchildren, and extended family and friends.
She is missed by all who knew and loved her.
