Billy lived a life rooted in simple joys and deep connections. Billy was an operation manger at a salvage yard for many years, leading a life filled with stories, hard work, and heart that gives inspiration to the life that he created today paving a path in who they are now.
Billy cherished every moment spent with his beloved wife Wanda Cook. He found his greatest peace at Raccoon Lake with his family, whether out on the water enjoying a quiet day of boating or relaxing at the cabin he lovingly called home.
