William Murry Koehl

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of William Koehl, 74 who passed away on Sunday, February 2nd at Countryside Meadows in Avon, IN. William was a beloved member of the greater Indianapolis area and leaves behind a legacy that will continue to impact all who knew him.

Born in Indianapolis on Sunday November 26, 1950, William was the beloved son of Paul Anthony Koehl and Lovada Mary Margaret Koehl. He spent his life making a significant mark on family, friends, and everyone he met along the way. He was known for his smile and ever-present joyful attitude. William spread his joy to others over his many years working at Noble Industries and 5/3 Bank. William's influence can be seen and felt in the lives of so many people throughout his lifetime.

William leaves behind a loving family, he is survived by his siblings Daniel (wife Jane), Paula (husband Dennis) Dummel, Edward, Chrstine Pate and Tom DiPasqualea, sister-in law Sandy, sister-in law Betty, numerous nieces, and nephews and extended family and friends.

William was preceded in death by his siblings Herman (wife Gloria), Mary (husband Donald) Kortzendorf, Rose (husband Daniel) Wallner, Paul David (wife Janet), John, Tom, Ted, Sue Smith, and Michael Koehl.

A Memorial Service will be held at Usher Funeral Home, 2313 W Washington St, on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 1 PM, visitation will be from 10 AM to 1 PM. Burial will follow the service at Calvary Cemetery.

Rest in peace, William. Your journey may have ended, but your joy will continue to live in our hearts.
