Volney Howard Watts, Jr, 78 of Indianapolis passed away on May 27, 2026 at Sidney and Lois Eskenazi Hospital.  He was born January 24, 1948 to Volney Howard and Elsie Mae (Turk) Watts who have preceded him in death.  He was also preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Watts; daughter, Pamela Eileen Watts; 2 sisters and 3 brothers.  Howard was a self employed carpenter who had worked in the Indianapolis area for many years.  Survivors included his children, Angela Lewis, Volney Howard (Lisa) Watts, III, Kathy (Bennie) Watts; brother, Allen Dale Watts; 14 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
