Stephen Mikel Horsley II, 51 of Indianapolis was born April 16th 1972 and was set free to be with his Savior on May 19th 2023.

He was preceded in death by his father Stephen Mikel Horsley. 4 Aunts. Mother-in law and father-in law Harris and Barbara Grenoble.

Stephen is survived by and will be incredibly missed by his wife of 27 years, Angela. His daughters- Madisyn Faye and Makynzie Shayne (Brennan Neal) Horsley. Mother-Sandra Steinhauer. Sisters-Deborah (Rodney) Baker, Kimberly (Bill) Mannix, Stephanie (Phil) Follette. Several nieces and nephews.

Steve was a proud member of the International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators Local 18 for more than 20 years. He had many friends and met many insulators traveling across the entire country.

Memorial services for Steve will be 10am Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Emmanuel Church Banta Campus (6602 S. Harding Street, Indianapolis, IN 46217).   Interment will follow at Concordia Cemetery.
