Ruth B. Cunningham, born August 28, 1918 in Monesson, PA.  Her parents were Joseph and Pearl Leminsky.  She had three sisters and a brother.   The family settled in Detroit, Michigan.  Ruth joined the Coast Guard in 1945. She met and married Gene Cunningham and moved to Indiana.  She had five children and sent Gene through medical school.  Ruth worked and retired from St. Vincent Hospital surgical department.  Ruth actively lived her last twenty years as a resident at St. Augustine Home for the Aged. She was loved by all who knew her.
