Robert E. Allen, 69 of Indianapolis passed away February 8, 2023.  He was born May 13, 1953.  Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl Allen; father, Johnny Radcliff; mother, Wilma Shepard; brothers, Ralph Radcliff, Terry Radcliff; sister, Melissa Radcliff.  Mr. Allen was a retired truck driver.  He has worked for Ryder Trucking Company.  He is survived by his daughters, Rosella Howald, Jennifer Eaton, Tina Allen; son, Daren Allen; sister, Debbie Small; brothers, Johnny Ray, Steve, and Greg Radcliff; grandchildren, Tearstyn Allen, Brianna Allen, Trevor Allen, Destiney Eaton, Shantel Embry.
