Phillip "Flipper" Fields, 55 of Indianapolis passed away April 28, 2020 in Indianapolis. He was born December 18, 1964 in Indianapolis to John and Hazel Fields who have preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Sheila Fields and his Aunt Thelma. He is survived by his close friend Nicole Maxwell.
