Patsy Ann Ellis, 72 of Indianapolis passed away May 11, 2019, with her family by her side. She was born September 27, 1946, in Little Rock, AR to the late Clyde Hixon and Irene Browers.  She is the loving and devoted mother of Christina (Glen) Dallmann, Johnny (Maddy) Johnson, Deann Howard, Tiffney Johnson; Proud grandmother of Brandon, Danyell, Drew, Ry'lee, Xavia, Tyler, Mykia, Emily, Lareissa, Elizabeth, Nevaeh; Great grandchildren, Brandon (Super Bubby), Lyla, Leeland, baby Elaina who is due in October; Beloved sister of Bob, Cecil, Keith Hixon, Faye Hall, Sue Babe Burchfield; Sister in-law Anita Garrett; Cherished aunt as well as many other extended family and friends.

Patsy and her brother Cecil entered heaven's gate together. Their celebration of life will also be together. Family and friends are invited to attend visitation on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, from 4-8pm and Thursday, May 16, 2019, from 11am until the time of services at 1pm at the funeral home.

Patsy was a dedicated mother and grandmother first and foremost. She was gracious and loyal. Retiring from Sims Cabinet Company. She was a hard worker and provider for her family. She loved to read books, camp, fish (eat fish), and play bingo. She enjoyed sitting on the porch with her sister Faye in the mornings. She liked to have fun and make others laugh.
