Pamela A. Watts, 70 of Indianapolis passed away December 22, 2018.  She was born March 7, 1948.  Pamela was retired from DMS where she had worked 25 years as a mail sorter.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Lillian Smith; brother, Terry Dodd; daughter, Pammy Watts as well as by several other family members.  She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Howard Watts, Jr.; childeren, Angela (John) Lewis, Howard (Lisa) Watts III, Kathy (Bennie) Watts; brother, Steve Smith; 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren along with many other family members and friends.
