Lucia Faye (Rice) Waller, 67 of Indianapolis died July 19, 2019.  She was born November 9, 1951 to Calvin and Mary Rice who preceded her in death.  She was also preceded in death by her Husband, William Leroy Waller;  brother, James Rice and her cousin, Larry Hadley.  She was a member of Thompson Road Baptist Church and had worked at Waffle House for many years.  She is survived by many cousins.

Graveside services are 12pm Saturday, July 27, 2019 at New Crown Cemetery, Indianapolis, IN
