Leslie Ann Gentry, 36 of Indianapolis, passed from this world on Wednesday, September 22, 2021. She was born on Saturday, March 16, 1985 to Allan J. Gentry and Jane Marie (Shank) Keim in Franklin, Indiana.
Leslie is survived by father Allan J. Gentry, mother Jane Marie (Shank) Keim, daughter Jaidyn Dotson, Jailie Gentry-Wallace, sisters Kristen Bergman, Amy Miller, brother Tyler Gilman, and other extended family and friends.
She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
