Joan A. Meadows, 68 of Indianapolis passed away March 1, 2020.  She was born October 4, 1951 in Erin, Tennessee to John Westley and Emma Jean (Carpenter) Harris, who have preceded her in death.  She was also preceded in death by her son, Jamie Meadows, and her first husband, John Goodlett.  Joan had owned and operated IVAC, a telemarketing company that raised money for various veterans charities.  Survivors include her husband, Rufus Edwards; daughter, Jennifer Meadows; siblings, Westley and Carolyn; grandchildren, Jamie Jr., Austin, Jason.

A Celebration of Joan's life will be held at a later date.
