Jason Shattuck, 38 of Plainfield passed away June 7, 2019.  He was born March 11, 1981 in Indianapolis.  He was preceded in death by his mamaw, Jerry Hammock and his aunt, Kay Hammock.  For the past six years Jason had worked as an assembler for Carrier Corporation.  He is survived by his parents, Ronald and Brenda Samples; sister, Kimberly Shattuck; niece, Shelbie Lee Shattuck along with many aunts, uncles and other extended family members.

Services for Jason are 2pm Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at the Usher Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Floral Park Cemetery.  Friends may call from 12pm until the time of services on Wednesday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be offered at usherfuneralhome.com
