Janet Lee Cook, 41 of Indianapolis passed away October 2, 2015.  Janet was preceded in death by her mother, Wanda (Ratcliff) Cook.   She is survived by her daughters, Jessica (John Stokes) Cook, Daysha Cook, Kendall Ratliff; sons, Steven (Destinie) Brandenburg, Jason Sanders, Jr. Aaron Winters; father, William Cook; step mother, Sandy Sanders; sisters, Mandy Waldrup, Lisa Carmer, Amanda Vance; brothers, William Cook, Jr., Michael Sanders; grandchildren, Aniya, Bella, Aaron, Jr., Raegan and Emma; and her soul mate, Jason Sanders.  Janet was loved by many and a lot of close friends considered her as family.  She was a loving mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, aunt and cousin.

Services for Janet are 11am Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at Westside Apostolic Church, 1540 West Ohio Street, Indianapolis, IN 46222.  Burial will follow in Floral Park Cemetery.  Friends may call from 4-8pm on Tuesday at the church and from 10am until the time of services on Wednesday at the church.  Memorial donations may be made to the family.
