James R. "Rick" Rigney, 64, of Indianapolis passed away July 5, 2020 in Indianapolis. He was born August 25, 1955 in Beech Grove to Virgil and Mary Rigney who have preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his siblings Bobby Lee Rigney, Virgil Rigney and Juanita "Judy" Goode.  James had worked at Fed Ex for many years. He enjoyed watching television. Survivors include his sisters, Opal Starks, Charlotte Vanover, Betty Maxwell, Linda Adams and Shirley Ross.

Funeral services are 2pm Monday, July 13, 2020 at the Usher Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Floral Park Cemetery.  Visitation is from Noon-2pm  Monday, July 13 at the funeral home. Online condolences may be offered at usherfuneralhome.com
