Gloria Chavez, 87 of Indianapolis, died on May 26, 2026. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alberto Chavez, Sr. and her sons Alberto Chavez, Jr and Armando Chavez.  She was a longtime member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.  Survivors included her sons, Danny Chavez, Jose (Nicole) Chavez, David Chavez; 5 grandchilden, 5 great grandchildren and 12 brothers and sisters.

Visitation is Monday, June 1, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Usher Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 PM at Calvary Cemetery, 435 W Troy Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46225.
