Gerald Bruce Cardwell, 65 of Indianapolis passed away Friday, March 22, 2024, He was born on Saturday, May 10, 1958 to James and Jesse Aline (Turner) Cardwell.

He is survived by his loving wife Brenda Lee Cardwell, daughter Christina Knight, brothers Frank (wife Kim) Cardwell, Larry (wife Kelly) Cardwell, 3 grandchildren: Alexis Shinault, Jeremy Shinault, Nathan Shinault, 2 great grandchildren Arya Moses, Keenan Shinault, and extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents: James and Jesse Aline (Turner) Cardwell, brothers Donnie Cardwell, Ricky Cardwell, James Cardwell, sister Minnie Kerney.

He is missed by all who knew and loved him.

Service at 1:30 PM, Visitation will be held 10 AM to 1:30 PM, Thursday, March 28, 2024, at Usher Funeral Home, 2313 W Washington St, Burial following at Floral Park Cemetery.
