Frederick A. Kemp, Jr., 69 of Indianapolis died June 19, 2021 at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis.  He was born August 19, 1951 in Martinsville, Indiana to Frederick A and Helen Thacker Kemp who have preceded him in death.  He is survived by his wife, Delane Cook-Kemp; daughter, Missy (Kurt) Williams; grandchildren, Addison and Thea Williams; 10 great nephews and 1 great niece.  Mr. Kemp was an Army veteran.  He was retired from General Motors where he had worked from 31 years.  He was a member of American Legion, Wayne Post 64. Fred enjoyed vacations with his wife, mushroom hunting, and spending time with his posse.

Funeral services for Mr. Kemp are 2pm Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at the Usher Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Floral Park Cemetery.  Visitation is from 4pm-8pm Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be offered at usherfuneralhome.com
