Fred E. Fisher, 95 of Indianapolis passed away February 27, 2020 at his home.  He was born January 2, 1925 in Indianapolis to Edward E. and Verna (Wood) Fisher who have preceded him in death.  He was also preceded in death by his wife, Josephine Fisher.  Fred had worked as the Executive Engineer at the Chevy Bus and Truck plant on Oliver Avenue.  He retired in 1981.  He was an Army veteran of World War II.  He was also a member of the Scottish Rite and he played violin in the Scottish Rite Symphony.  Fred is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services are 1:30pm Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Crown Hill Cemetery.  Visitation is from 11am -1pm Tuesday, March 3, 2010 at the Usher Funeral Home.  Online condolences may be offered at usherfuneralhome.com
