Frances L. Sparks, 76 of Fillmore, Indiana passed away September 3, 2020.  She was born April 6, 1944 in McKeesport, PA.  Frances was preceded in death by her significant other, John Blaydoe.  She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Kimberly M. Jordan.  She was retired from Damar Services where she worked 28 years as a Skills Training Technician.  Previous to that she had worked from 22 years at Midland Glass Company.  Frances was a member of the Lil Istics Murat Shrine, the HIllbillies Murat Shrine and the Next Gen Murat Shrine.  She was a Big Sister during her years in Shrine and was a Co Director for the Shrine Circus.

She is survived by her sons, Robert (Amy) Sparks, James B. Sparks; grandchildren, Stephanie Sparks, Kimber Speicher, Dezarei Sutherland, Jen Sparks; 4 great grandchildren.

A celebration of Frances' life will be held 1:30pm Saturday, September 12, 2020 at First Baptist Church, 520 Wesley Mill Street, Shelburn, IN 47879.
