Carl J. Flake, 55 of Indianapolis passed away September 19, 2019. He was born September 13, 1964 in Indianapolis.  He was preceded in death by his father, Chester Flake and his brother, Roger Flake.  Survivors include his wife, Lee Ann Flake; children, Mindy Flake-Moore, Harlan Flake, Carl Flake, Jr., Ruby Hess, Aftan Blankenship, Jesse Hess; mother, Alice Conner; brother, Jimmy Flake; sisters, Keisah Felts, Dawn Shaffer, Misty Stevens; grandchildren, Caiden Moore, Trinity Moore, Bryson Moore, Aydan Gomez, Michael Connell, Dusty Blankenship, Alina Hess, JJ Hess, Braxton Hess, Cortney Farrell, Dustin Farrell.
