Susan Lynn (Shadwick) Sanders

Susan Lynn Sanders, 73 of Indianapolis passed away April 3, 2018.  She was preceded in death by daughter, Tina L. Wright; parents, Shorty and Rose Shadwick; brothers, Steven Shadwick and John David Shadwick.  Susan was a retired from the State of Indiana where she worked as a secretary for 37 years.  She was a 1963 graduate of Plainfield High School.  She had served four years in the Indiana National Guard.  Susan was an avid golfer and she loved hummingbirds and rottweilers.  

She is survived by her husband, Tom Sanders; sons, Steven Trent, Chris Luellen, James T. Sanders; daughters, Debbie Trent Kuntz, Laura Sanders Benfield; brothers, Scott, Michael and William Shadwick; 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Susan's life will be held at 2pm Saturday, April 14, 2018 at the Mooresville American Legion Post # 103 (350 East Main Street, Mooresville, IN 46158).  Online condolences may be offered at usherfuneralhome.com
