Derick P. Tanner,20 of Indianapolis passed away February 5, 2012. Derick was born February 27, 1991 in Indianapolis. He was preceded in death by his mother, Helana Tanner. Survivors include his son, Jayden Lee McDonald; brother, Darrell Tanner along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family members. Funeral services for Derick are 1pm Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at the Usher Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Floral Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8pm on Monday at the funeral home and from 10am until the time of services on Tuesday. Online condolences may be offered at usherfuneralhome.com

This is such a tragedy, real sad situation. Reminds us all how important gun safety is. There will be a long road of recovering from this for little Jaden. May GOD be watching over this little angel. REST IN PEACE DERICK U WILL BE MISSED BY MANY
