Carl Edward Freije

  Carl Edward Freije, 89 of Indianapolis passed away May 24, 2015.  Carl was preceded in death by his wife Beverly Rose Freije. Mr. Freije graduated third in his class from the Butler University, Indianapolis School of Pharmacy.  Carl worked as a Pharmacist in the Indianapolis area all his life and he retired from CVS.  He was a Navy Veteran of WW II and he saw wartime combat in the South Pacific while serving on board the U.S.S New Jersey.  Carl was also a lifelong member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.  Carl is survived by his 14 children, Steven (Dianna), Marilyn, Thomas (Lisa), Michael, Ruth, Katheryn (Mark), Mark, Diana (Richard), Martha, Theresa, Carl Phillip, John (Kristin), Virginia, Sara; sister, Louise Burgett; brother, Thomas Freije; 23 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren.  

   Services for Carl are 12pm Saturday, May 30, 2015 at St. Anthony Catholic Church.  Entombment will follow in Floral Park Cemetery.  Friends may call from 3-8pm on Friday at the Usher Funeral Home.
