I went to school with Brett, he was always a fun loving guy. I'm so sorry to hear about his passing. I haven't seen him in a number of years but I would like to express my deepest sympathy to his family. I am out of town or I would definitely be at his service.

My Dear sweet friend,
I miss you already. You always felt like family to me and I will forever think of you as my big brother. I'm sure you're hanging out with David now listening to music and having a great time and one day I'll join you both. Rest In Peace Brett, until we meet again.

I am so sorry for your loss!! I have always thought of you as my favorite cousin and closest on to having a sister like always wanted. I know that "I'm so sorry" is nothing at this horrible time for you, but know that your sweet mom, (my favorite Aunt) and your dad have him and are caring and loving him. I know he is at peace from all physical and emotional pain he might have had, and will never forget you taking me under your arm to walk me in when your incredible mother passed, so I could say goodbye. I'm sure God has his reasons for needing Brett, maybe he just needed someone to make him laugh as Brett seemed to do...lol
Know that you and Barry are in our thoughts and prayers today and every day, and will see you both in Sept. Sorry can't be there in person, but already had Sept trip planned but will come see you both when back.
We love you both,... and again, wish I could say something that would ease your pain. You are, an INCREDIBLE mom to him, and have no idea how you did it alone, but YOU DID, and we are all better because of knowing him.

Take care of yourself, and pray when you get some answers that it will ease your heartache as well.
I love you cuz... now and forever....an hope you feel our presence from afar!!
May God wrap his arms around you, and you have peace!!
Love you!!
Skyy and John Strutenski
